Ivan was the perfect host, he provided is a lot of Information about the villages of Tucepi and Makarska, e.g. Bars and restaurants. He was always available via phone and open-minded with booking changes.... read more The villa is well equipped and generously dimensioned. It is located on a solitary hillside. With a group of nine friends everybody had enough private space.
Beautiful remote beaches are reachable by car in 15 minutes. Parking lots at the beach are not
always available nearby and you might have to walk a longer distance but it´s worth it.

In a nutshell we had a great time.

  We have spent wonderful 10 days in Valentina’s and Ivan’s beautiful villa. It’s really well situated- in a small traditional stone village on the hill only 5 minutes by car... read more from Makarska and its charming sea coast, full of life beaches. So everyone can find something interesting. The property is really specious with awesome, private swimming pool with amazing sea view, billiards, table football, 2 fully equipped barbecue corners, private gym, big dining and living rooms. We lived in 3 families and it still was not crowded. It is designed with great taste and respect for local tradition and in the same time it’s modern and comfortable. Our hosts are incredibly hospitable, warm and friendly, however they respect their guests privacy. At the beginning we were welcomed with some local snacks and vine. We could also taste some local honey and olive and some fresh vegetables just from the garden. Ivan was really helpful with some untypical needs as for example he borrowed us a guitar.
This villa seems to be so idyllic and perfect that at the begging we were afraid that the photos are a bit upgraded. After the stay we can confirm that everything in villa description reflects the reality. It’s a perfect place for perfect holidays! Valentina and Ivan thank you for everything, we hope that we can meet again in your beautiful villa. It was really nice to meet such friendly people on the way! Agnes and Paul with children and friends:))) The villa, although located quite far from the sea, is a pearl in this location. I think she has all the amenities that her guest will think of, as well as those that are a delightful surprise and which we will not find anywhere.Tthe host are very nice, ready to fulfill every wish of their guests

Er war schnell erreichbar und hat auch viele Empfehlungen für die Unternehmungen in der Gegend gegeben. Der Check in... read more und -out war flexibel was uns auch sehr gefreut hat. Die Unterkunft ist toll ausgestattet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen!

Un soggiorno enorme con piano bar e televisore gigante retroilluminato, stanza fitness, stanza giochi, lavanderia e due punti barbecue, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno a dir poco perfetto. La casa è immersa in un piccolo borgo situato su una collina sopra Makarska lontano dalla confusione del turismo di massa.Penso che il fiore all'occhiello della casa sia senza dubbio la piscina rigorosamente con acqua riscaldata da cui si possono ammirare fantastici tramonti e le isole. Ivan è davvero un host speciale, di una disponibilità unica molto premuroso e gentile ,assicurandosi costantemente durante il soggiorno che tutto scorresse per il meglio.Super consigliato +++++
